If your piece of Embella Jewellery or Clothing is believed to be faulty* you are by law entitled to receive a full refund, as long as the piece is brought/sent back to the Embella Gallery within 7 days from purchase date alongside a valid Proof of Purchase. Proof of purchase can be in the form of Store Receipt or Bank Statement. The item must still be original packaging and still have intact any price tags.
* A faulty item is defined as not being of the quality that you reasonably expected when it was purchased, bearing in mind how the item was described to you prior to purchase and also the item price - or unfit for purpose - meaning that the item doesn’t do what you reasonably expected it would.
Please Note: Embella does not give refunds if you simply ‘change your mind’, do not have a valid proof of purchase or damage the item in any way.
Exchange / Store Credit
Embella is happy to exchange or provide you with a store credit (which is valid for 3 months from the return date) as long as the item is returned within 7 days; or for web sales, contact is made with the store within the 7 day timeframe. All items are to be in new, unused, saleable condition with all tags attached.

Postage within Australia
Express Post shipping for orders within Australia is $10 (Standard 500g)
** Anything Heavier then 500g is $15
Unfortunately, due to our store's location in Darwin, Northern Territory, we are outside of a next-day delivery service with Australia Post.
Domestic purchases will be delivered generally within 2-4 working days and can be tracked on the Australia Post website here.
International orders are $20 with Australia Registered Post.
All international purchases will be processed as quickly as possible, with a delivery time of 10 - 15 business days also depending on delivery country and customs, it may take up to 3 weeks. Your parcel will become track-able once it enters its country of delivery.
You can track your parcel simply by visiting the website for the delivery country's postal service, and entering your tracking number into their online tracking service.
