1. Promoter
Embella will randomly draw winners in a game of chance.

2. Entrants
Entrants must be over the age of 13 to be eligible to win. If an Entrant is under 18 years of age they must have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter. We will accept entrants from Australian Residents only. Employees or immediate family members of Embella Pty Ltd are not permitted to enter. Entry into this competition means that the entrant warrants that he or she meets the entry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions.
3. Time frame
Entries open Friday 6th May 2022. Valid Entries must be submitted by 9 am ACST on Sunday 8th May 2022. The winner will be drawn no earlier than Sunday 8th May 2022 at 11:00 am ACST.
4. Entries
To enter, simply follow @embella_style on Instagram and tag a friend in the comments of the clearly marked 'Giveaway' post. The winner will be picked using a random generator and announced on the official Embella Jewellery social media accounts. Winners will also be directly contacted through Instagram Private Messaging. Please be aware: Embella will never ask you to click a hyperlink in a private message or give your bank details if you win. Please be wary of fake accounts posing as Embella to gather your personal data or scam you.
5. Costs and expenses
There are no specified monetary requirements to enter this competition. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.
6. Intellectual property
Entrants warrant that he or she has all necessary rights to provide the intellectual property to Embella and consent to any act or omission which would otherwise constitute an infringement of their intellectual property. Names, social media profiles, photos and/or videos of winners may be published on our website and social media platforms.
7. Disqualification
Embella reserves the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where we reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights, or if there has otherwise been a breach of these terms and conditions.
8. Privacy

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook. By entering, you completely release Instagram and/or Facebook from any potential claims.
11. Prize
PRIZES ON OFFER:

Prizes are final. They cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives. Winners have 30 days to claim their prize in writing. Prizes will be shipped to the winner's designated shipping address. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date they are sent. If unclaimed, any prizes will be forfeited.

WIRES (NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service Inc.) authorises Embella Jewellery to raise funds for WIRES through raffle ticket sales.

Embella are fundraising on behalf of WIRES with permission to sell raffle tickets nationally, all raffle ticket sales are then donated to WIRES at the end of the fundraiser. Raffle tickets are then entered into a competition which will randomly draw winners in a game of chance.

Entries open 09:00am ACST Tuesday 3rd December 2019. Valid Entries must be purchased by 11:59pm ACST Monday 9th December. Winners will be drawn at random in a live social media broadcast on Tuesday 10th of December at 10am ACST.

To enter, purchase a ticket from embella.com.au. Multiple entries permitted. Winners will be drawn at random and will be notified directly via email or phone.
