Made of a copper aluminium mineral, which gives its striking colour, the stone can range from bright blue to blue-green, with flecks of iron within. It’s very easy to see why this stone is synonymous with the ocean and water.
Turquoise is the traditional birthstone of December, but this water stone is also suited to Sagittarius, Scorpio and Pisces star signs.
