From Monday 3rd of February 2020, Embella is changing the way our loyalty program operates.
We will no longer offer an automatic discount to our VIP customers when they reach a spending threshold. This old system caused difficulties for our VIP customers during large sales which saw some missing out on further discounts.

Our NEW VIP Rewards Program will be open to all Embella customers. It features a tried & tested points based system that allows you to earn and redeem points when you shop with Embella. Our current VIP customers will be gifted points as an acknowledgement of their previous VIP status.
By creating an Embella account, you will still be the first to know about upcoming events and sales, including getting exclusive early access on some of our biggest sales events of the year!

By creating an account with Embella Jewellery, you agree to these terms and conditions which may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, refuse or terminate a member’s account. One account valid per person.
How to join
You can join in store or online. All we need is your name and email address to create a customer account. We might also ask you for your date of birth and mobile number, but this is optional information. You can update these details at any time by logging into your customer account.
Our Rewards Widget will appear as a button on the bottom left hand side of your screen on our website. By clicking on this button you'll see the ways in which you can earn and redeem your points.
Team members employed by Embella Pty Ltd and our wholesale stockists are not eligible to join our Rewards Program. This is exclusively for Embella customers who don’t get the other benefits of working with us.
How it works

You must use your account if you want us to register your purchase for reward points, as well as redeem rewards. For in store purchases, you will just need to give us your name or email address. For online purchases, simply log into your account. 'Guest' transactions are not eligible to earn rewards points.
Rewards cannot be earned when you use other rewards vouchers as part of the transaction. For example, if you purchase items using $100 in cash and a $10 reward voucher, you are only entitled to earn points on $90 of the transaction value.
We will send you an email when you have enough points to redeem a reward voucher. It is important that you don’t unsubscribe to ours emails or you won’t know when you are entitled to a reward.
You must have made a minimum purchase of $1 within a 12 month period to maintain your points. That means if you don't make a purchase within 12 months your points will expire. Embella have no obligation to reinstate or honour expired points.
Reward vouchers can only be redeemed once. A minimum spend of AU$30 must be reached in order to redeem your voucher. Valid in our Darwin and Yamba Boutiques or online at www.embella.com.au.
You must present your photo ID or the email address linked to your account at the counter in-store to redeem your reward. To redeem a reward online you must enter your email address at checkout or be logged into your account.
Rewards vouchers cannot be transferred for cash, nor can you split a AU$10 voucher between two separate transactions. You will need to spend the whole AU$10 in one transaction and reach a minimum spend of AU$30.
When you redeem a reward voucher, it must be used within 30 days or it will expire. Embella have no obligation to honour expired rewards vouchers. This does not affect your rights when using gift vouchers or gift cards which have different terms & conditions.
When can’t rewards be redeemed?
Rewards vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other discount or voucher code and cannot be exchanged for cash value. You can only use one reward voucher per transaction.
When shopping online, you must reach the free shipping threshold after your voucher or discount has been applied. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against shipping costs.
Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with a staff or wholesale discount, or during selected promotions.
We will not be held responsible or liable if rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason, for example the failure of software or hardware or an EFTPOS malfunction. We will, of course, do our best to ensure systems are functional at the time of purchase.
If you earned rewards points when making your original purchase, these points will be deducted from your balance when making your return. For example, if you purchase an item for $50 and an item for $20 you would have earned 70 points. If you return the $50 item your points balance will be reduced to 20.
If you used a rewards voucher when you made your original purchase, the refund will be processed based on the amount paid in cash after any vouchers were applied.
The rewards voucher you used will be forfeited and our in store teams are unable to reinstate points on your membership at the time of the return. However, you can contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org to have points reinstated after a return. If you choose not to contact our customer service team the points will not be added to your account and a new voucher will not be issued.
Gift Cards & Gift Vouchers
Unfortunately, you won't earn points when purchasing a gift card or gift voucher, but you will earn points when you pay using a gift card or gift voucher. Your rewards vouchers can't be redeemed for gift cards or cash either.

Help! Something's not working?
If you are having trouble redeeming your points for a reward voucher, or applying the reward voucher to your transaction please check whether the following applies to you:
- You’ve already used the voucher code. Vouchers can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past then it won’t work again.
The items aren’t eligible. Check the terms and conditions of the voucher code, and make sure the items in your shopping bag aren’t excluded items.
Some common exclusions are gift cards and charity items.
- The voucher code has been entered incorrectly. Typos happen to the best of us! Our vouchers are case sensitive so enter it exactly as it is written and try again.
- The voucher code has expired. Check the expiry date of the voucher code. You usually have a maximum of 30 days to use your voucher.
If you have checked all of the above and are still having issues, we'll need to see a screenshot of your shopping bag that shows the voucher code and all items in your bag. Please contact us to report the website issue, and attach the screenshot to your enquiry.
