    • Theft: Orders stolen post-delivery are not covered.
    • Damage: Submit damage claims with photographs and proof within 7 days of delivery.

    • Filing a Claim: Report issues within 14 days of the expected delivery date or within 7 days for damaged items. Claims must include your order number and supporting evidence (e.g., photographs for damaged items).
