With the completion of your registration to become a stockist, you, the retailer, are deemed to have read and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders.

ACTIVE STOCKIST REQUIREMENTS

The stockist agrees to adhere to the minimum order requirements, which is a minimum of $2000 RRP, the equivalent of $1000 once discounted with the standard wholesale discount of 50% off.

There are no minimum order quantities on individual products, as long as the $1000 wholesale threshold is met. Please note, the maximum order limit for individual items is 6 wraps and 6 anklets, with no more than 2 per style/item.

The location of stockists is at the discretion of Embella; however, we aim for one stockist per town based on population and within a 100km radius.

Stockists are required to complete a minimum of one order every 6 months to maintain active status within their town. If a Stockist doesn’t maintain active status, after consultation with you, Embella may allow another stockist in the area or cancel your wholesale account, enabling another stockist to stock our product range. They will then become the active stockist within that town. Embella Jewellery reserves the right to cancel a wholesale account at any time if these requirements are not met.

PAYMENT

Wholesale orders should be made via our online platform using your registered email & login, or we can support you in placing the order over the telephone. Once payment has been received, we will distribute the stock to you and notify you of the tracking. Please allow 1-5 working days for us to process your wholesale order once payment has been received.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

We value our stockists and provide Free Shipping on all wholesale orders.

WHOLESALE REFUND POLICY

We do not provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty or not true to design, we will replace the goods within 7 days or issue a store credit.

WARRANTY RETURNS POLICY

If the item falls within the 3-month manufacturing warranty from the date of the customer purchasing from you, customers can upload a file/photo for proof of purchase via our ‘contact us’ link on the Embella website. Embella will then process the warranty repair directly with the customer.

POINT OF SALE

Embella products are only to be sold at the approved store upon becoming a stockist. Sale of products at markets or at an unapproved venue is not permitted.

IMAGERY

You are welcome to use Embella product images from our website to promote the Brand on websites and any social media. Sharing images/posts directly from our Instagram must include a tag with our Instagram handle @embella_style. Failure to continually not tag may result in the cancellation of your wholesale account.

Fair usage and copyright rules do apply. If the images are not your own, it is best to credit the owner (Brand, model, photographer, etc.) wherever possible.

You are also welcome to use your own creative images.

FRAUD

Embella is a Trademark brand; any fraudulent activities will be monitored and enforced if detected. Fraudulent activities are highly monitored on our site, and if fraud is detected, Embella shall resort to all avenues available to us, and you would be responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities.

LAW THAT APPLIES

Our agreement and these terms and conditions will be construed and governed according to the laws of the Northern Territory.
