Our Beachcomber Bracelet was inspired from the times we wondered the beach to discover tidal pools and meet the wonderful sea creatures who live there. 
A single strand of hand crafted, and stamped Hilltribe Silver beads set on a Polywax Cotton cord with an adjustable chain link.

Where jewellery items are not adjustable, the length is specified. Where jewellery items are adjustable, the minimum and maximum length is specified. A good way to test the size of a necklace or bracelet is to measure and cut a length of string to size.

Earrings

Earring weights vary depending on the materials used, all earrings are either sterling silver (92.5%) or HillTribe silver (99.5%).

Rings

All sterling silver toe rings are adjustable, with some being more flexible than others due to the thickness of individual toe ring designs. 

The majority of our HillTribe silver rings are completely adjustable. The S/M ranges from size 53 - 55, and M/L ranges from size 56 - 61 as a rough guide.

While we make every effort to ensure every ring true to size, each of our ring designs are unique, and may vary in size slightly. If you are unsure about which size you require please email us on enquiries@embella.com.au 

 

Kids Jewellery

Each EarthKids piece is designed to fit properly, while allowing for some movement when worn as an anklet or bracelet. You don’t want it to be too snug, but you also want to make sure it’s not loose enough to fall off while being worn.

While we do provide a general sizing guide for little ones (comprising of Small/Medium/Large) the only way to ensure the perfect fit is to measure the wrist or ankle of the wearer.

If you don’t have a soft tape measure, you can easily use a piece of string to take the correct measurement. Just place a piece of string around the wearer’s ankle or wrist so that it sits comfortably and then measure the length of the string against a ruler or industrial tape measure. 

 

Clothing

Extra Small – Australian Ladies size 6
Small – Australian Ladies size 6 – 8
Medium – Australian Ladies size 8 – 10
Large – Australian Ladies size 12 – 14
Extra Large – Australian Ladies size 14
O/S - One size fits most, usually elastic band at the back or on the sides of the garment.

Returns Policy

Australian Orders

Change of Mind

Under the Australian Consumer Law, merchants do not have to accept a return if you simply change your mind.  However, we want you to love your purchase! So, if you’re not entirely happy, you have 14 days to submit a return request for store credit on full priced items when you change your mind.


Subject to the following conditions;

    • Return requests submitted after 14 days from your original order date will not be accepted.
    • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging; unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
    • Swimwear, Earrings and Toe Rings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
    • Sale, clearance and sample items cannot be returned if you change your mind, due to the limited nature of these items.

Exchanges

Embella Jewellery defines an 'exchange' as a change of mind, where you would like to swap your purchase for one of the exact same item in either a different size or colour. You have 14 days to submit a return request for an exchange on full priced items.

Afterpay

By law, all refunds must be issued through the same form of payment as the original order. Where Afterpay is the form of payment, we will send the return via Afterpay which may take up to 10 business days to reach your account.

International Orders

Returns & Exchanges

Under the Australian Consumer Law, merchants do not have to accept a return if you simply change your mind, or have purchased the wrong size. Please contact us with your return request which we will action on a case by case basis.

Swimwear, Earrings and Toe Rings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Sale, clearance and sample items cannot be returned if you change your mind, due to the limited nature of these items.

Please note: Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, international returns cannot be accepted where the value of the items being returned in one shipment is over $1000. Please ship the items separately as we are not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is a charge it may be deducted from any refund you may get.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required for all returns (including faulty goods). If you do not have a customer account and/or lose your cash register receipt, you may be able to confirm your purchase using your credit card statement. We encourage all customers to opt for a digital receipt which is emailed to you and better for the environment.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Embella Jewellery may provide a replacement, refund, or repair for faulty goods with proof of purchase. We will endeavour to repair or replace your item wherever possible. If the outcome is a refund, then all refunds must be processed on the same payment method that was used to purchase the returning item.

My item is faulty, can I return it?

Yes, you can return a faulty item if;

    • The item has an unadvertised defect,
    • The item is unsafe,
    • The item is not suitably durable, or
    • The item is unacceptable in appearance or finish.

No, you are not entitled to return a faulty item if;

    • Any defects are displayed or communicated to you prior to purchase,
    • You examined the item before purchasing and didn’t find defects you should have noticed,
    • You have used the item in an ‘abnormal’ way,
    • You have used the item for a long time.

Embella Jewellery Warranty

We offer a 3 month manufacturing warranty on all Embella pieces from date of purchase. For more information, visit our Warranty page.

Store Credit

  • Store credit is processed within 7 working days of your return being received.
  • You will receive an email detailing the the value of the returned garment/s (minus original shipping costs).
  • Store credit must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.

e-Gift Cards & Gifts

Our gift cards are issued digitally and must be used before their expiry date. All e-gift cards are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Gift recipients have the same refund rights as customers who buy directly – but you may only return the item if you have proof of purchase. Refer to above returns policy for more information. Embella Jewellery are happy to provide gift receipts upon request.

Returning Goods to Us

We process returns through our new, online Returns form above. Returns are not actioned in store.

A ‘Returns’ form is also included in every online order. Once your return has been approved, please complete the form and include it inside your return delivery package.

The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving email confirmation that your return has been processed by us. 

Embella Jewellery is not responsible for returns that are lost by the shipping company.

We will only cover the cost of return delivery for faulty, or incorrectly supplied items.

Any applicable replacement, repair or refund will be processed after Embella Jewellery has received the original item and checked its condition.

What happens when we receive your return?

Your return will be processed in accordance with the returns policy above.

Where an exchange, replacement or repair is the outcome, we will send you a courtesy email with the shipping details or expected delivery date of your replacement, repair or exchange within 7 business days.


Where a refund or store credit is the outcome of your return, we will email you confirmation of the value. Please allow for up to 5-7 business days for any refunds to be processed by your banking institution.

Received a faulty product?

The return of faulty products is detailed in our returns policy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Act.

3 Month Warranty

The 'warranty term’ of three months is the maximum length of time that we would expect major faults to arise within, in order for these faults to be determined as a manufacturing fault. Proof of purchase is essential for all warranty claims. We now encourage customers to choose a digital receipt when purchasing in our Boutiques, for warranty purposes.
Outside of the three month warranty timeframe, there are potentially many other factors that may contribute and/or result in the damage of our delicate, handcrafted products. This is not just limited to potential wear and tear, but also factors like proper storage, care or cleaning, heat exposure, or moisture exposure.

 

Repairs

Each Embella product is carefully handcrafted from the highest quality materials. Given the delicate nature of a hand made process, we offer a 3 month manufacturing warranty and may be able to repair your damaged product if you have proof of purchase. 

Repairs are subject to available materials. Due to the varied nature of these repairs we cannot provide a price list, so all repair requests must be submitted through our repairs form.

Collecting Your Jewellery
As soon as your jewellery has been repaired we will contact you to arrange collection in store or return shipping.
