**We have reopened!
After taking the precaution to temporarily close and deep clean the Darwin boutique, we have now reopened! We will continue to follow the health directions and request that visitors to the Darwin boutique please check-in with the Territory QR code and wear a mask. We encourage social distancing of at least 1.5m and have hand sanitiser available upon entry.
Our warehouse has also reopened and the backlog of online orders has now been processed.
**Darwin Boutique temporary closure
Due to the possibility of one or more of our staff coming into contact with a COVID positive case, we are taking the precaution to close our store and warehouse until we can complete a deep clean.
Our team are now isolating until we receive PCR test results. Once we have completed a deep clean, we will reassess the reopening of both the warehouse and Darwin store. Online orders may be delayed during this time.
We apologise for this inconvenience. We must ensure that customer, and staff safety remains our priority.

COVID-19 Prevention Policy
Embella Jewellery remains committed to providing a high standard of customer care during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a precaution, we will continue to conduct regular cleaning throughout our boutiques, including cleaning and sanitising of all surfaces, display products and changing rooms, and providing hand sanitiser for our customers and staff at the entrance of our boutiques.
Visiting our Boutiques
You may be required to check in with the State QR code system and wear masks as a condition of entry into our boutiques. We will provide a contactless pickup option for online ordering at our Darwin and Yamba boutiques for locally based customers. When required by health or Government direction, we may take additional steps to minimise the risk of exposure, up to and including the temporary closure of our boutiques or warehouse.
We will continue to ship orders, but in the event of a disruption to our normal staff levels or access to our warehouse, we may experience some delays with processing and shipment times.
